  Booking, collection and drop off were really straight forward, and car hire was great value for a brand new car which was immaculately clean

  I used to hire for work quite a lot and was good but this year when i started booking again it was just aweful. One of the cars smelled so badly of weed, they call at 8am to see if you will bring the car back in on the day.. not everyone starts work at 8 and some people do work nightshift, should wait for a proper time to call. The experience has just gone downhill.

  I was initially concerned after reading some reviews but needed a car for a London trip. I needn't have worried, I had no problems and would definitely recommend them and use them again. Booking the car online was easy. I did receive a call prior to pick up as the car i had originally picked was now unavailable but they upgraded me to a new Mercedes suv with only 1400 miles on the clock. Pick up and drop off were easy and there was no pressure to take any other extras. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
