  The car was available promptly, service was great, the staff gave me the time and opportunity to contact my insurers to potentially change the courtesy car being provided. Although that didn't change, the staff were very helpful and made sure the car being provided was up to standard and gave me more than enough time to inspect before taking the keys. Then on return, the process was very easy, just hand over the courtesy car keys and get my car keys back. So overall, nothing untoward to report, all good.

  My experience with Out of hours Enterprise Plymouth was outstanding. We had had an awful day when our car broke down, and Ellie was honest, realistic , helpful and understanding. She was the best part of that day! If you do performance bonuses, she definately deserves one 💯 Able to return to any branch most convenient to us when returned, lovely lad at Wigan took delivery, he was also very helpful and amiable and helped the smooth return. No issues with the company at all. Customer service was 5 star all round.

  Aviod! Use easihire round the corner much better service and cheaper. I was told enterprise can't rent me a car because of where I live (I live in hindley) I reserved and paid for the car online with no issues but got denied when i went to pick the car up went to easihire round the corner and got a car within 10 minutes
