  Hired a van twice in one month.Both times the van was not ready. Had to wait first time for a replacement. Second time told was stuck in traffic and would be an extra hour.which completely threw our plans out for the day.eventually they drove me to another branch to pick up another also adding time onto the day. However also told that they had tried to contact us day before to let us know.No messages left. They rely on rentals being back on time, no back ups in cases of lateness or other causes. Not good customer care. Double check before you go to pick up.

  ⚠️ WARNING TO ANYONE RENTING FROM ENTERPRISE Be very careful and check the car properly before leaving the branch. I made the mistake of not checking everything carefully, and later I was being held responsible for damage that I did not cause. The damage was already there when I collected the car but apparently had not been recorded in their system. As my insurance excess was high, this could have cost me a lot of money. Luckily, I saw the employee who handed me the car, and he recognised that the damage was already there. Otherwise, I could have been left paying for damage that wasn't mine. Take photos and videos of the entire car before driving away and make sure every scratch, dent and damage is recorded. Don't make the same mistake I did.

  There are several things I'm unhappy about. I had already chosen the car model before renting it, but even though I booked it only 20 minutes prior, when I arrived, they pressured me to rent a more expensive vehicle. The car I actually rented wasn't much different from the one I had booked. If I didn't want to pay the extra £10 per day, they wanted me to wait. I didn't want to wait any longer because I had already waited for more than half an hour to pick up the car that day, but they still wanted me to pay an extra £10 per day for the rental. This is my first complaint. Secondly, when picking up the car, they kept trying to get me to pay extra for insurance and expensive repairs, telling me that if I had any accidents, I might have to pay these exorbitant fees. I felt very pressured renting this car for three days. I probably won't rent a car from your company again.
