- EEEvieeMakes2 days ago5.0Brought my car in for a full service and MOT. Let them know I kept losing pressure in one of the tyres and suspected a puncture. In all honesty I only chose this garage because I left it late and they had the earliest availability! I am very glad I did! Full of surprises! They sent me a video of the underside of my car, to show me the condition of the all of the tyres, brakepads and suspension. It also showed them currently changing the oil. Then I got a photo showing the puncture in my tyre and they explained why the location meant it needed replacing. They didn't have the tyre in, so ordered it there and then and replaced it first thing in the morning. Even more to my surprise when I collected the keys they'd washed my car as well! Which wasn't an easy job, small black car and speedy country driving makes for a filthy dusty car! Really pleasantly surprised. Thank you 👍
