    Came to get a tyre fitted, they rounded off one of my wheel nuts, then told me they had no tools to remove stuck wheel nuts and that i'd have to go and pay a mechanic to get it out Poor all round.

    We got taken by the AA to Tyre Barn out of hours and left the car there. By 8.10 the next day we had a new tyre and were on our way. Efficient service.

    I had a very pleasant second experience, first was great too. The non booking is very unique and incredibly useful for last minute use, and is even quite quick considerably so. Staff are excellent, the receptionist, Justin, and the rest of the staff were talkative, lowkey, helpful, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. I will always be coming here for my car, aswell as my future ones. Thank you for your service, Aran with the Polo 😉
