Called on same day of booking to ask to change tyres and told all good and refund for difference would be sorted on fitting date. When I turned up to appointment several days later, was told no tyres had been ordered even though they could clearly see my booking still on system and all paid for. Told to come back a few days later when they had now ordered tyres. Turned up on next agreed day to have tyres fitted and now told machine for alignment not working. Also told refund for difference in tyres would go through over the next few days and told to come back again in a few days for alignment (which was also already paid for) but would also get a call 1st to say when machine working. No phone call ever received or refund for tyre difference. Been into garage to complain again and to now ask for full refund for alignment and tyres, yet still not issued correctly. Told again would get a phone call the next day to resolve. Once again no phone call and no refund. Ive now had to escalate to area manager. If I don't get contact soon, will be raising to ombudsman and taking legal action against company. Appears to not just be me with same issues. Avoid

( Saturday) I visited the Friday about my tpms light being illuminated I was told it was due to 3 broken sensors I asked for them to be replaced which they were Staff were very friendly and fitted me in However the tpms light failed to turn off ( I was told it would after driving so far) I was also told my car didnt have a reset button However a quick Google search said it did! I returned today ( Saturday) were Mark managed to fix the issue quickly and he found reset button because he managed to turn the light off the tyre pressures or things had been done wrong on the Friday causing the light not to turn off. These things happen and I'm not blaming any staff ,they were busy and it it was a very hot day Just want to say thank you to Mark What an asset he is to your team Thank You!

I went in the afternoon to check, and they said, "Yeah, all done, here's the invoice." I paid, took the car for a drive, and it was the same as before; they didn't even touch it. I went to another garage, confirmed nothing was done, and got it fixed. I went back to them, and the manager just pretended he didn't know, blaming someone else, even though he was the only one there. Then I had to wait two weeks and make a bunch of calls to get a refund. Protyre is usually good, but this place is absolutely awful. You pay for nothing; they're scammers. Avoid.

Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting your garage?
To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
