They eventually admitted that I was right and that they did not have what I had booked. They did try to source one but took so long I needed to go and collect the kitchen I needed the van for. The kitchen would fit all in so I had to go back to London the following day. Was promised a full refund, I chased after 2 weeks as nothing had appeared to find they hadn’t done it. Told me they would do it be bank transfer rather than refunding the credit card. Now 4 weeks after the rental I still have no refund. Terrible service.

The collection from my home was extremely helpful as I would not have been able to get to the branch without this. When the vehicle I rented was unexpectedly recalled, the team provided another one immediately, dropping it off at my home at a time convenient to me. Overall, the experience was very positive indeed and I would recommend Enterprise and the team at Stratford.
- ARAbigail RickardMar 31, 20261.0DANGEROUS VEHICLES - AVOID. Unroadworthy vehicle dropped off at night with slashes to tyres and dirty on the inside and out. Tried to make me pay for the damage. Claim eventually dropped when photographic evidence provided. Branch manager Ikram and Area manager Rikki providing diabolical customer service, delaying and avoiding responses to emails despite promising resolutions, presumably to massage internal complaint numbers. Culture is terrible and service even worse. Go elsewhere to ensure safer vehicles, better customer service, and more reasonable rates,
