- SSScott (Scott)Mar 4, 20261.0I went in for a simple tracking (wheel alignment) check and was immediately told they couldn’t do it unless I bought new tyres, despite having two brand‑new tyres fitted only six months ago. While waiting, I saw the exact same thing happen to two other customers, which made it feel less like genuine advice and more like a routine attempt to upsell. The wear on my tyres was only on the edges, and a far more cost‑effective option would have been to move the slightly worn tyres to the rear and fit new ones to the front so the tracking could be corrected properly. Instead, the most expensive option was pushed without offering any alternatives. I was also told I needed a new steering rack because of a small knocking noise. I got two independent second opinions, both confirming it was only the inner tie rods that needed replacing at a fraction of the cost. I emailed my feedback afterward and was told a manager would contact me, but nobody ever followed up. Overall, I left feeling they were more focused on upselling than providing honest, customer‑centred service. I won’t be using them again and wouldn’t recommend them. In fact, I would strongly suggest anyone receiving a quote here gets a second opinion elsewhere.

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.

Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
