I expect this will all be resolved but finding out about a £260 charge from your banking app doesn't scream great communication or customer service. As I said, I know the insurance is chasing Enterpirses error on my behalf and all be resolved but a simple call or email outlining what the charge is for, would be a pretty basic level of communication. Manager yet to follow though on my following up. Answers were very simple answers for such a well established company. Have lower expectations = Low result. Fingers crossed at Enterpsirse Rugby.

I found a great deal for a "Mini SUV" online and on my arrival on pick up day was an informed I got the better "intermediate SUV" car instead which was bigger and more plush, (for the same cost.) As I was travelling to Devon, this made it far more comfortable for meeting and transporting my family (and the dog!) . The car was in good order and easy to drive. There was a quick and efficient "booking in system" completed online, so there was only a short scout round the car and explanation on how everything worked before I set off. Amelia was pleasant and friendly throughout the transaction and it felt unhurried. Will definitely use their services again, (as I have in the past), and I have always had a good experience with other branches too, such as Cambridge and Peterborough. One very happy customer! :)
