Really impressed with the friendly service and helpful advice. I have felt unimpressed recently by garages I'd previously used, so tried here on recommendation and I will happily be sticking here :) they fitted me in around my working hours and explained the issues the car had. Very happy to recommend and use again!

Excellent customer service and great price would highly recommend. Booked car in over the phone for puncture repair, email confirmation. Wheel is a Porsche centre lock so more complex, so pleased to have found somewhere local that has the expertise to deal with it. Works all carried out quickly and professionally. Top job.

From booking my car in for works, to collecting it afterwards, the whole experience was completely stress-free.
The staff answer the phone promptly and always call back when needed.
Everyone is polite, professional, and greets customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
One thing that particularly impressed me was when I made a payment over the phone with Garry made it very clear that he would not repeat my card details out loud, ensuring that no one nearby could overhear them,It was reassuring to see such good security and customer protection measures in place.
I have received excellent service from Stratford Tyres and would not hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

Outstanding Service from Stratford Tyres .
After being messed around and poor service by another tyre company in Stratford I was recommended to visit them to help with a tracking / wheel alignment problem. The manager Gary was fantastic making me welcome and listening to the car steering issues. The engineers road tested the car did the alignment again tested the car realised the issue must be with the tyre , verified it and changed the tyre . Now perfect .
So refreshing to have such great service , nothing was to much trouble. Thank you so much . If you need honest and First Class service then Stratford Tyres is the place to go.
