I have dealt with Stratford Tyres on several occasions - usually when I have been in trouble.
It doesn't matter who you deal with there because they all the most helpful accommodating group of people you could ever wish to deal with.
Not only are they so helpful but their prices are good too.
I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending their services.

Gary and the team were great we had a screw in the tyre that was found just before a long trip home. Gary booked us in straight away and they were able to fix it whilst we waited. The team were all very helpful with a free hot drink provided. Gary in particular came across very customer focused with an air of calm efficiency

Recently we took my Mother in law’s VW SUV into this Mechanics for MOT and what we thought would be three locking wheel lugs needing to be drilled out after the locking nut going missing after a service elsewhere. The MOT was thorough but we were expecting that after we’d been recommended Stratford Tyres for MOT by Ben at string theory, down the road. Amazingly after 3 people had searched the car for the missing locking nut prior to it going into the Garage, the Stratford Tyres’ technician found the locking nut drastically reducing the expected labour cost. This honesty did not go unnoticed and we will be taking her vehicle Back here for servicing and tyres in coming years. Gary and his team were very kind and went above and beyond assisting our Mother’s situation, thank you so much - Kathleen and Paul

I took my car in yesterday as there was a screw in one of the rear tyres. Although they were extremely busy they fitted me in early the next day. Turns out the screw thankfully hadn't punctured the tyre and they did not charge me, which I thought was excellent service as they had still spent their time helping me.
I have used Stratford tyres for many years and have always been impressed by their professional and customer focused approach.
All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. On this occasion Gary H dealt with me and he is a real credit to Stratford Tyres.
