- JUJose UyAug 18, 20264.0Just had 2 new tyres fit in today. Just noticed that both of the new tyres are in the front afterwards when they finished. I was told that I should have requested to have them fit in at the rear. When I had them changed at Costco, they always told me that they will put the new ones at the back. No requests needed. Rang them up the next day about it and they have now changed the new tyres to the rear. Thanks. I have now given them 4 stars for the price of the tyres.
- HHHenryJul 9, 20261.0Dont bother wasting time driving here! Rang on the phone about changing 2 tyres, were happy to do it and when i arrive a rather rude man approaches me, he said the jacks they use cannot lift my luton van (the same weight as any large car) because their jacks are not strong enough. Ive worked with cars for many years. The Jacks they use are proper trolley jacks which would definatly be capable of lifting my van as they are all 3tonne jacks. After i made it clear that i wasnt born under a rock he then told me that he can "try and lift it, but you will have to wait 1hr30mins". Absolute joke, Been here numerous times and the normal fella in here is useful and always informative.
