  We had nothing but issues from Enterprise with a recent accident hire, however the team at the Leamington branch have been incredibly understanding, patient and helpful throughout what has been a very difficult situation. My interactions with the branch have been a completely different experience. They have taken the time to listen, understand the circumstances and do everything they could to help manage what has been a complicated and stressful situation. I have found them to be genuinely pleasant and accommodating, and they have made every effort to help where they could rather than making me feel that the situation was simply a problem to be dealt with. I feel that this deserves to be recognised and would be grateful if this feedback could be passed on to the Leamington branch and the relevant management team. Their approach has demonstrated exactly the level of patience, understanding and customer service that I would have hoped to receive throughout this situation. Myself and my partner Christian really appreciate all your support and help.

  Employee recognition - Christina. Customer service and the hustle of the transport industry often means the customer is treated akin to a supermarket checkout. Not Leamington spa, not Christina, I dropped off the car, and had a train 🚂 to catch, her boss enabled her to drive me to my station and ✅, made it! 💯 Talent doesn't shout or boast, it's in the quiet optional moments where a person stands tallest.

  Absolute disgrace! Picked up electric van on 1 August and it wasn’t charged so we were delayed for hours at the Leamington branch during a house move. We were promised £25 would be credited back to our payment card as we had to charge ourselves before we could use van. Told multiple times the credit had been processed - each time told to wait 7 days for payment - then told it hadn’t even been processed when payment not received. Branch advised previous manager hadn’t processed correctly which was now rectified. Today, a week later - exactly same excuse again(!) - previous manager hadn’t processed correctly which would now be rectified. Several calls over several weeks - rubbish service after a rubbish collection experience.
