  I have been using Enterpise Sydenham for many years and for business use for vans and cars mostly over the past 12 months or so. And dealt with some amazing and excellent staff members. All occasions I left them with glowing reviews. An urgent requirement for a personal use hire vehicle was needed recently and I personally visited the centre on 9th July in the early afternoon. I was met with Katie. She took my details and promised a call back as they had no cars available. No call was returned. So I again visited the following day as it was proved urgent and was met dismissively by Katie when I asked why she not returned my call, even to let me know no vehicle was available to hire. She didn’t even take my number and asked for it again. I decided at that point, and with her dismissive nature I would speak to another member of staff, but unfortunately, this particular staff member was eating her sandwiches and crisps on the front counter directly in front of me, so she was unable to help. Katie then insisted she would get the manager to call back, a gentleman called Travis to speak with me. The cleaners must have removed the post it note she took my number she claimed. She was insistent no cars were available to hire. I had left leaving my telephone number once more for a callback. I instead rang Enterprise Warwick. And they had a car ready for me in two hours on the same day. I visited, and was dealt with amazing service, as previously expected at the Sydenham branch. Unfortunately they were not surprised by the dismissive nature and the level of service offered when informed of my experience. Katie, do better. Travis, I’m still waiting for your call. I leave this review as I’m requiring another vehicle and will be contacting Warwick to assist as they provide 10/10 service.

  I was desperate for.a car as mine broke, with a bit of apprehension I rented a car from thes, the car was r clean inside but tye outside had been aoarrd with water and seoed covered in water marks. When I got home I realized the drivers door wouldn't open from.the inside so I rang customer services as the office was closed as it was Saturday afternoon. Customer service told me I couldn't drive the car and AA would have to come out to look at it and if they could fix it then I could drive it, if not then they would get me another car. After waiting for a couple of hours for AA he turned up and could not fix the problem, he said it looks like someone had already tried to fix the problem but couldn't so he took the car away, I didn't get a new car which at this point I didn't want one. I went into the office on the Monday morning and they said I would get a full refund in 10 days. 10 days go buy and no refund, so I went into the office again and they said they would contact finance to chase it up, I heard nothing so i phoned and spoke to the manager again, he said he will.chase it up, I still heard nothing and didn't get a refund, so I phoned customer services and she said the same, she will put a refund form in and goes what?.still no refund. 10 days they said, it's now 44 days and still no refund, They have charged me for a car I don't have, I wouldn't recommend these and I wouldn't use them again.

  Exemplary service. Nissan were so awful and eventually (after 3 1/2 weeks) ordered an Enterprise car for us - despite our leaf being under warranty. Enterprise could not have been more helpful. Upgraded EV, no issues about a later drop off or indeed charge %. Will always use them locally. Really impressed. Thanks.

  Previously not had any issues with Enterprise but after a last minute alteration to where the vehicle was located (not a massive issue as it was a short detour from Leamington to Warwick) I was initially pleased with the service and the vehicle, a very quick walk around to be told the was no damage as all the small scratches etc were not cleared as damage. Imagine my surprise when returning the vehicle to Leamington to be told that it was damage and as there was no damage recorded on the hire sheet it must have happened in my rental and I would be charged, the email battles to prove that it was pre existing damage really took the experience down a few points.
