  Although the van quality was significantly sub par with unclean interiors, this was my first bad experience with van quality. Usually all the vehicles I've hired with them have been immaculate. However serious kudos to Matt and to Olivia for sorting this promptly. And would hire again with Enterprise.

  我在我所在的第三方平台定错了一周后的车。我在平台是可以免费取消的。完全可以取消后按照当天价格再进行订车。店员告诉我直接更改日期需要付费，让我付了一天30磅的更改费用。两天一共60多磅。押金收取我263磅。最后押金返还170磅。当天租完车我还拍了照片是不是退还200磅押金。店员回复是。我发邮件给店，根本不回复我。我只好联系我所用的平台客服。被告知扣取了莫名其妙的油钱。并且我强调了我买了第三方保险在我所用的保险，到店还是一直问我要不要买保险。你们后台查不到吗？全程我没有要求过升级车和油的任何费用。以前租车都是满油满还，这次租车给我的车只有三分之一的油。最后我租车手动挡最低车型两天费用。在我所用的平台支付800人民币约等于85磅。加上93磅被用于扣除各种费用约93磅。共178租车两天（不包含油费）。综合指数不推荐。
