  Mijn creditcard werkte niet, gelukkig werkte mijn tweede wel. Foto's genomen van de auto en toegevoegd aan het formulier vaststelling bij aanvang: Dégât selon les photos. Goede auto. Geen problemen gehad. Inleveren ging vlot. Ze vervoerden ons ook naar de luchthaven (5'). Twee dagen nadien borg teruggekregen, met smsjes erbij. Prima bedrijf.

  Absolutely appalling rental. We arrived late at night on Christmas Eve and were told that we either needed to purchase insanely expensive insurance, or go without and take the financial risk ourselves if anything was to happen to the vehicle. We were given no alternative options and at that time of night we were unable to call other rental companies to verify the information so we reluctantly took the expensive insurance. We later found out that it is possible to privately insure a rental vehicle and the insurance we were offered was less than half price on your website (GBP15 per day). We would have most certainly taken out private insurance or the website insurance if we had been made aware of the option to do so. When we queried this, we were given a pathetic email response suggesting that our only option to take the matter further is by contacting the BVRLA. When we collected the vehicle it was dark and we were handed keys and told to find the car outside in the parking area - nobody showed us the location of the vehicle or took us around the vehicle to inspect it. We discovered that there was a slow puncture within a few minutes of driving away and had to repeatedly pay to inflate the tyres throughout the trip. Several days into the rental period we also discovered that all the tyres were badly worn and that the vehicle was most certainly unsafe to drive especially in the harsh weather conditions of that time of year. We have photos of the tyres if you would like to see them. The car should have been handed over to us in a safe condition - this is something that is a prerequisite for rental cars. To add the cherry to the icing, after returning the vehicle, we were informed by email that it usually takes 7-14 working days for the deposit to be returned - once again, shocking service - we had to pay up front at the counter when taking the vehicle, receiving the deposit back should be done in a much more reasonable time frame. As frequent travellers we will make sure never to make use of this company again and will take every opportunity to warn other travellers of this appalling service in the hopes that they will not burn their fingers the same way we did.
