  normally i don’t post negative reviews because i work in customer service and i understand that everyone has bad days. however today my experience at tesco wellingborough petrol station was actually horrific. every time i go there to fill up the older ladies who work there stare at me like i've just drop kicked their dog, and i tend to just ignore them and be polite anyways. today (Tuesday 28th around 8.35am), the customer in front of me asked a very simple question in a polite way and the older lady with short hair (she was sat on the left as you walk in) spoke to her as if she was dirt on her shoe. after the customer left, she then proceeded to make fun of her speaking to her colleague. in the other colleagues defence, she didn’t respond. i think it’s absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional to make fun of a customer, especially in front of another customer. horrifically rude behaviour. she’s always so miserable and makes me feel like such an inconvenience. if you hate your job so much find a new one, preferably not in customer service.

  Totally unprofessional behavior. The price for diesel is constantly displayed on the light board, which changes upwards every day, but when you want to refuel, you find out that there is no diesel, so you drive to the gas station unnecessarily. What do you think, if you have a diesel car, you put gasoline in the tank?

  It's a shame that people can't t pay by the phone at the Tesco pay at pump distributors. I came to refuel a few minutes after 9pm and because the gas station kiosk was closed, I needed to use this section.
