  Had great experience picking up the car from Sadiq, an amazing guy. The wait was bit slow as we were there early waiting for system to start, but in the end we got an upgrade despite booking last minute. Sadiq was really thorough to explain everything.

  Tamid was amazing! Great customer service quick, efficient and clean nice car! He showed as well the new out of hours key collection machine which open doors for even better customer service.

  提车快速，手续简便，服务友好专业，一切都很顺利。唯一坑爹的是，停车场开车出去的通道两边设置了突起，开车视野非常窄，上坡时根本看不到，容易蹭到轮胎和轮毂，不知道一个世界级城市CBD的停车场为什么会有这么反人类的设计。

  I was really looking forward to the rental, and opportunity to pick up the car before opening hours on sunday. Very very disappointing that no rental actually happened. Despite booking a week in advance, I never received the pin to pick up my keys, and when calling support upon arrival I was informed there is no keys and no vehicle at all. This happened on the day of the rental. Support experience on the call was also relatively frustrating, being passed from person to person without any real updates. This was very frustrating, as I rented with sixt before, and also planned a Sunday getaway which couldn't go ahead. Not sure how it's possible not to have a car ready when it was booked a week in advance, with deposit paid and all. Very very frustrating and sad

  We had a really wonderful experience at the SIXT Canary Wharf outlet, and I wanted to specially mention SAQIB for his excellent service. From the moment we arrived, Saqib approached us warmly and made the whole process feel very smooth and reassuring. He was professional, friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a big difference, especially when you are picking up a car and trying to make sure all the details are properly understood. What stood out most was how genuine and helpful he was. He did not make the interaction feel rushed or transactional. Instead, he made us feel properly looked after, and that kind of service really leaves a strong impression. The icing on the cake was that we received a free upgrade, which was a lovely surprise and made the experience even better. Overall, Saqib represented SIXT really well. His service was warm, clear, professional, and efficient. It turned what could have been a standard car rental pick-up into a very positive and memorable experience. Thank you, Saqib, and thank you to the SIXT Canary Wharf team. Highly recommended!
