  We were severed by Cameron ! Was lovely service , my son enjoyed looking at all the bikes he was super friendly and very helpful when it come to picking a helmet and sizing his head up and picking the right size bike , I have one happy little boy ! Would highly recommend

  Went down to Funbikes last week to have a look at the size range for a very tall 8 year old. When looking around I was helped by Cameron from the team who was brilliant, he made time for us to have a look around and try all of the different bikes we wanted. We ended up buying a 110 semi automatic for my son and an electric quad for my daughter. The guys were great and I will be back shortly to purchase one for myself from their adult range. Great service.

  Brought my partner a M2R RF 140 for Christmas and son a mini quad. I think the bike must have been ridden for 2 hours before it stopped working, used it first on Christmas Day by the end of Jan had to contact support with issues. You speak to non UK support and just give you a range of suggestions on how to fix it. Eventually managed to fix it on our own and found out the spark plug was gone already! Ever since then had issues a few hours more of riding it the chain come and snapped the fly wheel sending shards of metal into the engine. Fun bikes don’t stock any of these parts to replace them so just stuck with an unworking bike that he managed to ride for about 3.5 hours. Absolute joke would NOT recommend buying from here, spent all that money for a bike that can’t even be used. So disappointing! Just to add, my friend also brought her partner a bike from here the RF190 and his has also broken already and he rode it for even less than my partner, obviously a complete rip off company selling cheap, dodgy bikes! And I do have a valid order number before a response saying that I do not!

  I purchased a dirt bike from this dealership less than two weeks ago and have been extremely disappointed with both the bike and the after-sales service. From the day I bought it, I experienced multiple issues and faults. I provided the dealership with videos showing the problems and gave them the opportunity to put things right. I even had to spend my own money correcting the front wheel alignment because the bike was not set up properly when supplied. Despite raising these concerns promptly and providing evidence, I have been left dealing with ongoing problems and have not received the level of support I expected. I asked about replacing the bike due to the number of faults, but this was refused. I understand that mechanical issues can happen, but what matters is how a business responds when they do. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

  I contacted Funbike reference to a bike purchased in December 2025, delivered 19th January 2026. Bike has hardly been used due to the good old UK weather. Bike has a problem with the drive sprocket spinning on the shaft on the motor and not driving the rear wheel. I sent them all the information requested reference the sale + photos & video. They responded with the bike has ran out of warranty to fix it I must pay!! I informed them of the purchase date and they apologized for there error and then sent me a messsage stating that the bike was broken due to wear and tear and is not covered in the warranty ( what!!! it`s only been used a few times) Funbikes customer service team must have a master`s degree in how to con a customer`s so not to repair bikes under warranty.; I`m in contact with trading and standard / ombudsman so they can sort this out.
