  Apart from rarely getting a receipt from the pump its a great petrol station

  Come here very often, one of the better priced petrol stations at the moment. Only big issue is the closing times. States all around Tesco that it shuts at 11pm, however seen it close at 9 or 10pm every night, which is strange as most pumps are pay at pump only so no reason for them to turn them all off and block the entrance and exit. There is other petrol stations close by, so I’m not sure if the staff think this is an excuse to close early or if they just need to update the signs (but then again it closes at different times each night so I doubt it). Definitely need to get this figured out though or managers and head office need to get onto it.

  Half the pumps are Pay at pup, the signs are on A4 so you don't see them till you pull in and have to go out and back round if you can't do that as they don't offer a receipt, never any gloves or tissues as the bins are broken , staff really can't be bothered 0 % customer service. It's only saving grace is it's easy to get to and local or I wouldn't use it at all

  The women behind the counter are always so engrossed in gabbing they forget about customer service. No acknowledgement unless the bark 'mileage?' at you.
