During the pandemic, we created a safe experience for everyone when visiting our garages, this is part of our business as usual, so you can feel safe coming to our garage for your vehicle maintenance.

Do I need to have a pre-booked appointment?

You can just drop-in to one of our garages. The measures we put in place during the height of the pandemic to ensure you and our staff are safe remain in place. If you would prefer to book ahead, appointments are available via our website https://www.protyre.co.uk/

We are COVID-19 secure and have signed the COVID-19 secure declaration. All our garages adhere to strict COVID-19 protocols including all employees wearing face coverings at all times.

To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you.  We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services.  Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help

Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells.  This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
