  Horrid car park, dingy and tight spaces. Better to use the surface level area if not full. You must pay first and display. No directional signage to pay points. However very convenient location as just 3 mins walk to Queens Square where there is a big Decathlon, Shuh, Dunelm and a great Waterstones. Also there are plenty of interesting street food stalls in Queens Square at the weekend. An extremely popular coffee shop called Arabica on the corner. Must be good coffee!

  This parking place is a scam. I made an honest mistake by using my mobile phone and paid for my car for an hour, but it was my husband's car and I should have used the correct reg number. However, I sent them all the details that I paid, but wrong reg, both cars registered at same address, but no, they would rather fine me. Very heavy too, £100. I appealed, but even though they could see my car never visited Their parking, they still demanded, as a gesture of goodwill, £20 off me. To be honest, I paid it as I won't be parking there ever again that's for sure. Total rip offs! I'd rather use the multi story as you can't exit if you haven't paid, so that suits me better.

  Money making scam!! I pressed cross keys instead of broadway by mistake.paidfor the time I was there and was then sent a fine . How to contest it?
