The price was reasonable compared with other petrol stations, but I wish I could have paid contactlessly.

Have never come across a member of staff as slow and incompetent as Lydia on the tills today. Waiting for about 5 mins originally for her to authorise the pump, the filled normally at pump 4. Went inside to pay, she seemed confused told me I couldn't pay had no idea what she was doing. She didn't give a clear explanation as to why, but it looked like she had potentially charged the previous customer before me for my fuel but didn't actually clarify how or why other than asking me if I was pump 10. I was 4. She then said 'someone was coming' (no further details) and made me wait for 10 mins whilst she ignored me and served other people without explaining what I was in fact waiting for and why I couldn't just simply pay for my fuel from pump 4. She then decided she wanted to help and tried to charge me for pump 10 (previous customer who she charged for mine) even thought it was £ more! Total total idiot cannot believe how out of your depth you can be working in a petrol station 😭

Pump 4 didn't work on first attempt but I still got charged for it at the till, alongside my actual purchase, even though the cashier acknowledged the problem
