  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service from Luke – Enterprise Urmston, Manchester I visited Enterprise in Urmston today and had the pleasure of being assisted by Luke. From start to finish, Luke was incredibly professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating. He made the entire vehicle hire process smooth, straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out was his genuine willingness to help and his excellent attitude towards customer service. He was knowledgeable, attentive and clearly takes pride in doing his job well. It’s not often you come across someone who delivers such a high standard of service while remaining so personable and approachable. Luke is a real credit to Enterprise, and I hope his management recognises the excellent work he does. A fantastic experience all round. Thank you, Luke! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The staff attitude was incredibly rude and hostile. Before picking up the vehicle, they did a very rushed inspection and noted no damage. However, upon return, the staff pointed out a microscopic scratch within literally seconds—an issue that was completely invisible to the naked eye. It was glaringly obvious that they already knew it was there beforehand. They used this to aggressively threaten me with a massive £2,500 damage fee, acting with zero courtesy or professionalism throughout the process. In the end, I was forced to resolve and repair the issue myself to avoid being wrongfully charged. This place uses highly predatory tactics to intimidate customers. Strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop entirely.

  ​Couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. Pick-up was dead easy with no pushy upselling or hidden extras, and dropping the car off was just as quick and straightforward. The car was spotless, ran like a dream, and made the whole trip completely stress-free. Will definitely be using them again.

  Avoid this branch. Really poor service and I am still waiting for £256 of my money three and a half weeks later. We originally booked a car and paid £41 for the insurance. When we arrived to collect it, we were told the car wasn’t available. This was entirely outside our control and we urgently needed to leave as we were travelling to a funeral. The branch arranged another car for us and we had to pay for another insurance policy. At no point did they tell us that the £41 insurance payment on the original booking would not be refunded. We naturally assumed it would be refunded because it was Enterprise who couldn’t provide the car we had booked. Instead, we ended up paying for insurance twice because their original car wasn’t available. The second issue has been even more frustrating. The replacement car was returned with absolutely no problems, yet three and a half weeks later I am still waiting for £256 to be returned/released. I contacted my bank because the £256 was still showing as pending. My bank told me that Enterprise had cancelled the payment at their end. I then contacted Enterprise and was repeatedly told that they had released the money and had a receipt to prove it. Despite explaining what my bank had told me, they continued to insist that everything had been done correctly. It took around five minutes of me repeatedly asking them to actually investigate what had happened and contact their finance team rather than simply telling me they had released the money. What makes this particularly frustrating is the lack of urgency or willingness to properly investigate where a customer’s money has gone. After reading other reviews, I was also concerned to see other customers describing similar problems with deposits and refunds. Avoid. I am still waiting for my £256 three and a half weeks after returning the car. My bank says Enterprise cancelled the payment, while Enterprise insists they released it. Meanwhile, I am the one left without £256 and having to chase it. After being charged twice for insurance because their original car wasn’t available and now having to chase my own money weeks later, I would never hire from this branch again.
