  So disappointing! The service was poor, but the attitude was the worst. They were rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. Any question or concern was treated as an inconvenience. I expected basic customer service and professionalism, but even that seemed too much. The experience left a bad impression, and I won’t use them again. I won’t recommend them. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  Awful experience. The attitude and service were genuinely poor from start to finish. They came across rude, dismissive and like they had no interest in helping. Even a basic level of customer service seemed too much effort. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use them again.

  Terrible service! This branch are really damaging the enterprise name. We were given a car with a puncture. We were unable to drive the car and it ruined our entire weekend plans. Enterprise were extremely rude and time wasting constantly. Giving excuses and awful attitude. Had to call them circa 10 times and refused to even give store credit despite them giving us a car with a puncture. Absolutely disgraceful. All my trust in enterprise as a brand has been ruined.

  This company deserves 0 stars. Very disappointing experience. We were given a faulty vehicle for the weekend and when we tried to get help, nobody answered the phone. To make matters worse, they close early on weekends, leaving customers with no support when issues arise. The car was clearly not used, which could easily be seen from the fuel level, yet they still claimed we had used it. We weren’t asking for a refund, just store credit so we could rehire another vehicle and actually receive the service we paid for. Instead, they were rude, unhelpful and refused to work towards any reasonable solution. Under UK consumer rights, charging for a service that was not provided as agreed is unacceptable. As no reasonable resolution has been offered, I will be taking this matter further. Poor customer service from start to finish.

  If I could award NIL stars, that would be my response. Why? Enterprise Altrincham has breached Section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where there is a violation of the use of my credit card as a guarantee. I have not knowingly signed any agreement directly with Enterprise for the use of a courtesy car during the period of time when Mercedes Warrington is repairing my own. There was no verbal nor expressedly written agreement I was privy to by personnel Aaron or the Branch Manager upon the courtesy car collection on Thursday 23 April 2026. All I was aware of signing was the vehicle inspection that there were pre-existing superficial marks on the car (and I can prove with time-stamped photographs upon collection) before I drove off. Furthermore, personnel Tinashe, when queried by me why they need my Credit Card details on file, is that it was only for guarantee of any unforeseen charges such as a speeding penalty. However, if that were the case, he said Enterprise would always advise the customer before taking the money. So, Enterprise took 2 x c. £62, and another £300+ !!! Is this ethical? No! why? I was never advised why. When I rung up to complain and got hold of Aaron, his explanation was, Branch Manager couldn't get hold of Mercedes for the extension of the courtesy car. So why charge me? When the agreement is directly between Enterprise and Mercedes? I am only provided the use of this car on behalf of Mercedes, and have not legally and knowingly signed nor been verbally communicated to about any further charges. This is amounting to FRAUD, as unauthorised charges is a breach of contract between Enterprise and Mercedes. I shall report to Trading Body BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association) if the Branch Manager does not rectify the situation of unauthorised charges on my credit card by refunding me immediately within 5 business days. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I have a very supportive Consumer Acts solicitor at Slater Heelis in Manchester, and have won a recent case about another scam such as this. If you do not rectify my complaint ASAP, I shall pursue you legally. This will cost all parties wasted energy, time and money, please consider this. Please treat your customers with more respect and professionally, even if we are not directly in a contract agreement with you (in my case, via Mercedes). You do not punish THE END CONSUMER, you solve the problem DIRECTLY with YOUR IMMEDIATE CUSTOMER: Mercedes. That is, you SHOULD not punish me, it's violation against so many passed laws. Finally, let me re-iterate: I will proactively pursue you legally via Slater Heelis if you do not action on a resolution immediately. If Mercedes owes you money, you do not STEAL it from my credit card! UPDATE TO RESPONSE FROM MICHELLE BELOW: No, the manager needs to sort out a refund to me now, but look into billing with Mercedes directly. I should not be doing any more work looking for an online generic form to fill when I have no direct rental agreement with you. Did you read my complaint above properly?
