  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They rip me off, booked on the net for a price & when they took the money out they overcharged me by an extra $1800 pounds

  Had to organise hire car at the last moment. Small car Ford Puma did the trick. Great value, great service, 10 star review for Graham, really helpful and patient, then Harvey on return equally helpful and professional. Thoroughly recommend these guys.

  I’ve hired 2 cars from here this summer and it’s been seamless both times. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the rates are the best around (I’ve done my research because I’m always trying to save money). Would recommend!

  I hired a van through the Enterprise website, but when I arrived at the branch I was told they didn’t actually have a van available. I was offered a large SUV instead. As I had already booked time off work and urgently needed to move items, I had little choice but to accept the alternative vehicle. A few weeks after returning the vehicle, I received a parking fine for a pub I have never visited in my life. After several emails, Enterprise eventually accepted responsibility and admitted that the vehicle had clearly not been checked back in correctly. I was therefore shocked when, a few months later, I received a letter from a law firm demanding payment of the same fine. I provided them with the evidence showing that Enterprise had already accepted liability, but the fact that this had escalated at all is extremely concerning. This has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish — poor vehicle availability, poor administration, and a complete lack of communication between departments. I have wasted time dealing with an issue that was caused entirely by Enterprise’s own mistake. I will not be using Enterprise Rentals again and would strongly advise others to think carefully before hiring from them.

  A very disappointing experience. 1. Car windscreen was filthy and would not clean with the wash/wipe fluid and the windscreen wiper. So, I stopped at a service station and tried using some toilet paper which didn't work either. This meant when it got dark, the view out of the windscreen was not great. I ended up asking my hotel for a cloth and soap when I arrived and I was able to remove 80% of the marks, but not all. 2. I realised when I got home after dropping off the hire car that I had left my mobile phone cradle in the hire car, so I rushed back about 15 mins later. However, the car had already been taken by a member of staff and the cradle had been removed from the car but had not been handed in. The manager's attitude was not helpful (bit nonchalant) and it wasn't until we went to the washing area that I noticed the cradle had been left on the floor on top of the grid. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
