I've used this company twice. One through insurance when my van was written off and then another time when my car broke down with RAC. All staff are super friendly and accommodating. They are very good at running through terms and conditions. I opted to pay extra for additional insurance so I wouldn't be charged for accidental damage. I'd recommend everybody does this unless you are happy to cover the max fee if something happens - I think mine was like £500. They were super accommodating as they gave me a van for my car break down as I needed to work and my car is van sized. They did this with no issues at all. Very happy with the experience. I would use again 👍

I hired a van from here 3 years ago and have just been given a ccj for a parking ticket at a place ive never been to. Customer service ignored email after email. Was told to contact dmfines email address whom ive contacted over and over again with no reply. Even got the branch manager to email them and they ignored him as well. The fine was in a Travelodge in Cheltenham in October 2023. The mileage I did that day does not reflect me being able to get to Cheltenham and back. If its not paid next Friday Bailiffs are going to come and take stuff from my house. My credit score has already suffered significantly. Proper stressed Avoid at all costs
