  We had an excellent experience with the staff and the car hire company. A good car presented clean and in good condition. Upon return, the charming and professional young man was kind enough to drop us back into Torquay. We had originally enquired about a car hire in Paignton, but their service was terrible, so really pleased we chose Enterprise. Highly recommend it.

  Great experience with Enterprise. Brought the van back a day early and was given a refund for the day I haven’t used it. Very helpful staff and easy location to drop off and pick up the vehicle. Good rates too👍

  Great customer service and fantastic selection of vehicles to choose from. The team at Torquay were extremely helpful and have made the experience very positive. I will absolutely be renting from them again in the future.

  The van I ordered was not available on pick-up, I was then offered a Maxus. On inspection a hole in the drivers footwell made me decide not to drive it. I was told all Maxus vans suffered from the same problem and Enterprise head office knew about it. After much discussion I took a smaller van.
