  Really nice staff that looked after us from start to finish. Really lovely and well looked after car and very informative with everything. it was our first time hiring a car and we could not of been happier as they made sure that we was at ease with everything before we had even started the car up. Our only issue was that we didnt know about the deposit that we had to put down aswell as the cost as that was in the Really fine print so that needs to be made clear even before you book a hire car. Thank you so much

  I wouldn't bother. They send out damaged vans and then try to charge you. Then try to take the money out of your account with the card you have on their account. Make sure you use a card that has no money in like I did. Got no money except the £250 deposit.

  I’ve rented a van from this branch three times, and during my most recent rental I had an unfortunate incident when I got a flat tyre. The tyre was completely destroyed, and they arranged recovery for me. I was taken by recovery truck all the way back home, around 100 miles from where the incident happened, so I could unload the van. After that, they took me to the garage to have the tyre replaced, and once everything was sorted, I returned the van. Unfortunately, the wheel arch was also damaged when the tyre came apart, but all I can say is that the whole situation was handled extremely well. I wasn’t charged anything extra, nobody tried to find excuses to blame me or create unnecessary problems, and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this branch. One piece of advice for anyone renting a vehicle: always take the extra insurance cover for things like tyres, windscreens and other possible incidents. It’s absolutely worth it. You never know what can happen on the road.

  Don’t waste your time. Booked and paid for a car in advance only to be called up an hour before collection to be told they have no cars, fix your terrible process and don’t show availability or take customers money if you have none and end up ruining their week Now I am also having to call up customer service myself to get my money back
