it’s pretty hard to find a good garage round here, but I really like these guys. They seem honest and their prices aren’t too crazy. They’ve always been really helpful any time I take my car down. Their prices for run flat tyres were also much better than anywhere else I’ve been round here.

Really helpful friendly team, found a problem and spoke to us about it, asked us what we wanted to do then ordered parts and repaired my sons car within a couple of hours, really pleased with the outcome.

My garage who was doing my M.O.T took my car and had 2 front tyres fitted to pass test in June 2026. Saturday my drivers side was flat, pumping up wasn't any good, wasn't holding air. I rang Chadwell on Monday and was told in no uncertain tones ' if you cannot drive it down, we can do nothing, we don't come out". I explained i am 82 and needed the car for hospital appointments and he repeated we do not come out, get someone to bring it to us. No-one wanted to take a chance because of damaging the wheel. We presumed one of the nuts was cross threaded. I rang the garage and the proprietor said he would try and come A.S.A P. He agreed it was Chadwell Tyres fault and their responsible as they had cross threaded one of the nuts. We rang Chadwell Tyres and was told ' we have had this before, we employ young lads and the one that put the tyre on probably dosent even work here anymore !!!! Today, I called R.A.C which I belong too, they sent a young man out within the hour with a tyre, he had a real hard job getting the nut off, as it was cross threaded but he managed it, he checked the tyre he had taken off and informed me that the tyre was split at the rim and un-repairable. He asked if I would like to take it back to Chadwell Tyres and I declined, what was the point. No way would I ever suggest to anyone to go to Chadwell Tyres.
