- MSMark Smith4 days ago1.0I've used this garage a few times now. Initially it looks positive - you can book a time slot online, turn up, job done and out. Perfect. Sadly, that's not the case. The first time it was a slight delay, then a slightly longer delay and then today it was more than an hour late because they didn't have sufficient staff or took too many jobs to meet demand. Either way, the Costa over the road must generate a killing from people with booked time slots. I had been coming here based on positive reviews, wanting to support a local business and hoping it was just a one-off, but it's been getting gradually worse. I strongly encourage people to look elsewhere locally if they want a timed appointment. No issue with the quality of work they do, so if you're happy to drop off and leave them to it, they'll meet your needs just fine.

Went for new tyres they noticed my breaks were up to scratch book me in that same week. Super happy with how everything was dealt with.. Thank You.. Won't be anywhere else from now on
- BBBamMar 16, 20261.01 star basically for their banter otherwise awful and heavily overpriced especially if you are female. Took my car for MOT (knew it would fail) which it did, asked how much it would be for repairs done as a bulk with them got quoted £1290 and that was them barely making any profit (so they said) so I asked around and Kars on Belasis Avenue was brilliant the cost was £600+ cheaper for the EXACT same parts needed and it then passed on the MOT once repairs were done, I personally believe due to me being female they tried to have my eyes out which is proof enough they did. I will NEVER go here again, I know should I of been a man id of not been quoted such a high price. So if you want affordable, warranty parts with guarantee for a better price id recommend going to KARS.

To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
Are you open and what are your operating hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and certain holidays. Please check specific holiday hours on our website.
