  This branch in breach of GDPR held onto bank details long after the hire finished then completed a phishing call after the hire was returned to aid them in their scam. They then used those account details months later to deduct monies from the bank account leaving me £100’s out of pocket and dealing with a fraud claim via the police and the bank. The staff in this branch cannot be trusted to process and keep your information safe they are scamming customers. Looking at the reviews I’m clearly not the first customer this has happened to. Head office you need to do better your staff are ripping off your customers

  Beware of the guy who working there.. he charge you extra and he said this deposit will refunded after you returned the vehicle and he said your deposit now with the main office he's lieing and he not refunded all .. I'm not recommending this branch never ever .. I need my money £489 still not refunded since 2 months.. and I called escalation case and called 4 times and they said some one will call you from the main office.. until now I haven't received any call to resolve my case..

  The rudest car hire I’ve ever been. They called us today to drop off my car and get a rental one until mine is repaired which normally was supposed to be collected in 28 and I get a rental one on 28. Went there gave all documents made me wait to get the car cleaned. Once the car was ready he said I’ll take you to see and you can put all your stuff in that I’ve told him I need to put a heavy car seat as I has my 2/yo and 7yo who is autistic. He locked the car went in as he told me to get my stuff and put it in while passing and going towards the car hw was just sitting laughing work his colleague saw me going to the car and made me wait with heavy stuff in my hands and 2 kids running around neat the road. I had to go back inside and told him you said you would move the car near like to get the stuff back in so I can also put my kids in and get the documents signed he stood there not replying and took the car and moved it. But it doesn’t stop there, he gave me car fully empty and asked me to refuel it as it can go less than 10 miles and it was traffic time. So I was going with 2 kids in traffic time car ringing fuel tank empty and hoping I would reach near my home where there is Tesco gas station, just because they were so lazy to fuel the car and saw a women with 1 kids and took advantage of that. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
