  I hired a car and I got a phone call saying that the car was not available as I booked the car when it was out of working hours. However, I was given an option to upgrade. The communication was good and I was given the option to choose between two cars. The car I chose was excellent. The drive was smooth and there was no issue. This is my third time hiring cars with Enterprise and the experiences have all been positive. The app is an addition and it makes it easy to process the booking and keeping up to date with it. When I returned the car, I got my deposit on the same day. Whenever I need to rent a car, you’ll be the first to contact. Thank you

  Its a very small Enterprise, rent from them regularly, they are a good price, team are friendly never had a an issue picking up or dropping off. The last 2 times hiring I have been upgraded for free. They are not open Sundays is the only issue, but easily worked around.

  Aaron(?) and the guys at the Ashton-under-Lyne branch were AWESOME! Great Customer Service... they were attentive, courteous, professional, organized, flexible. We WISH that other businesses ran like this, and THIS is how you do it! I'll come back to this branch in a heartbeat!

  I had been tried calling this branch over 20 times even different times but nobody respond and I tried ask for my £200 refund it’s over 2 weeks I called my bank they said we didn’t receive any refund from enterprise
