  Booked a van to move house online . Paid etc … Received a phone call the night before and they cancelled the van saying they had no vans and told 3-5 days to be refunded. Shocking service

  I would give a lower star rating if possible. Avoid. Do NOT book online. They accept bookings and payment without having the vehicles available. They won't tell you this until the day of the booking. Customer service are just random nonsensical words to this company.not something they offer. Caveat emptor

  Great service from start to finish. The advisers were pleasant and helpful. The car was lovely. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if I need to. Thanks very much!
