After the hire, Enterprise claimed there was a small chip/scratch on the passenger wing mirror housing. According to the invoice I received, the actual damage repair cost was £38.60. Despite this, only £55.64 of my £200 deposit was refunded. The remainder was made up of additional charges including an administration fee of £78.00 and a loss-of-use charge of £27.76. What I found particularly frustrating was that it took around 2 months for the claim to be processed and the refund to be issued, leaving me waiting two months to find out how much of my deposit would be returned. I appreciate that damage charges can be applied where appropriate, but I feel the overall deductions were disproportionate to the minor damage involved and the process took far too long. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this branch again.

The staff at the branch were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the entire pick-up and drop-off process completely seamless and stress-free. As for the vehicle itself, it was absolutely perfect. It was spotless inside and out, incredibly clean, and ran beautifully throughout my entire rental. It’s always a relief when a rental car is in pristine condition and you can just drive away with total confidence. Top-tier customer service and a brilliant car. I’ll definitely be using this branch again and highly recommend them!
