  Booked a ‘C-Class or similar’ and was given a CLA instead (A-class family). That is not an equal substitute in any normal sense of the word. When I asked at collection whether it was an A-Class or C-Class, I was told it was a C-Class, which was not true. When I raised the issue, the company refused to acknowledge it and would not offer even a partial refund. Misleading description, dishonest handling at collection, and poor customer service. I won’t be using them again.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Very different experience to other local Enterprise estblishments, in such a good and positive way. I will certainly get future rentals from this branch.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car Epsom. Despite having a confirmed and fully paid booking, it was suddenly cancelled without proper justification. What made the situation worse was the extremely rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff member who called to inform me. As an Enterprise member, I expected a much higher standard of customer service, but instead received behaviour that was completely unacceptable. Cancelling a paid booking at short notice is already frustrating, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism shown during the interaction was truly shocking. This level of service is disrespectful and reflects very poorly on the brand. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here, as reliability and customer care appear to be seriously lacking.
