  The three guys in the Boldon store were all so helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to help! The vehicle I hired was perfect for a few days away - good condition, clean and had no problems with it at all. Unlimited mileage too. The price too was amazing and such a good deal! Pick up and drop off were both without fault and, while I didn't need it, an offer was made to collect me from home abd bring me to the centre which, could be very helpful for people. I have hired from Enterprise before from this particular centre and wouldn't hesitate to do so again!

  The staff very polite , the head office had made a mistake not sending confirmation over through insurance,still waiting 🤦 so had to hire a car off my own back, west Boldon branch were accomodating and got a car sorted last minute . Definitely recommend

  The staff had an instant grasp of my situation, very straightforward transaction. Chose the wrong car for journey but it was the only available auto. Cracking explaination of use, he knew his stuff about the car. I was in and out in about 30 mins, managed to make all my commitments - delighted with Enterprise.

  Rating car hire places isnt something id usually consider but the staff at West Boldon were exceptionally professional and helpful throughout insurance courtesy car hire due to an accident. Excellent communication, very friendly and straightforward. Physically couldnt have been better.
