Outstanding service received this week with scheduled manufacturer services on our 2 electric vehicles. Great pricing, much cheaper than main dealers, yet fully compliant with manufacturer requirements, delivered with assured quality. Then, when they were temporarily unable to update manufacturer systems (this is scheduled and will happen) reception manager Joe went out of his way to hand deliver supporting documentation on his way home, so I had full peace of mind until the systems are updated. Exceptional commitment to customer service displayed, really empathising with customer need and going the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. Joe’s a great credit to the business! As a result, we’ll return again and again for all our tyre and car care needs. Outstanding! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this garage John and his team looked after me and my car,had my VW golf serviced and timing belt replaced,the mechanics done a quick health check(tyres/brakes lights and screen wash) which resulted in advisory for front brake pads,car is booked in for Monday to have them replaced,im really happy with the customer service thank you John

Great selection and great price, I needed 4 tyres for my daughters car and was recommended by a a friend to check TEESDALE out, very surprised at the selection of tyres and I walked away feeling like I had a good deal, not always the case when buying tyres
I went here for an MOT the man who I spoke to was very grumpy, bold head and glasses not very pleasant at all just appeared to be not bothered
I went back and found that my car had failed on many things by the way !
so I then tried to speak to the man about how much would it cost to fix to then be passed he was not helpful at all all he said was it would cost me about £800-£1000 to be sorted and just grumbled at me I felt kinda sad so then I sat in my little car and thought about it .. a few days later instead of getting my car fixed with the car place that failed me me I thought I maybe should get another MOT from another garage to re check the fails and if it matches up then I would have to pay that money out to fix it
I took my little car to a family ran garage round the corner and guess what .. passed with one advisory
Well can you believe that ? So who was I getting ripped off by ! Yes the grumpy old man at this place .. while I was waiting for my MOT at this place in front of me was another young girl having to pay out £700 guessing to fix her car that probably was not even broken !!
This place is a fake and I would certainly not trust it as I have the evidence to prove it 2 MOT s one fail costing me a £1000 to fix and one pass !
Please just always get the car re checked if you get quotes from here
I’ve told everyone about this since my experience it’s sad this happens to women
