  I had a great experience renting a car. The booking process was straightforward, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the pickup and return procedures were quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The car performed well and matched the description provided. I would happily rent from this company again.

  I hired the electric van .never again .it cost over £80 to use over 2days . Driving just over 100 miles only moving a fridge freezer not that much weight .my advice to anyone is don't use the transit electric van it is ridiculous to run and that's without over as n hour waiting to refuel dia never again.it wouldn't be so bad if they told you the only thing they said when I took it back was ho yes if you haven't a home charger they are expensive to fill maybe they should tell you that before you take it . rubbish .and why can they take the £200 deposit in 10 seconds but I still haven't had it back 2 days later

  Frustrating experience after Enterprise Tamworth didn’t have the size of van we’d pre booked and paid for - and only rang an hour before pick up to advise this! Refunded 50% but not really helpful when moving house the next day with a smaller than pre booked van!

  Cancelled my van booking the day of my house move despite taking prepayment and confirming the booking the day before. No help on the phone and found the person I spoke to particularly arrogant about “how hard it is to find a van on a Wednesday”. Won’t use again, and would recommend Swift Van Hire instead who sorted me out at extremely short notice.
