  What a horrible service I got, vehicle was booked and confirmed reservation then on Sat got a call we won’t have the car ready for the time you booked it which was for Monday then Monday no one could give me the time on when the car would possibly be available bare in mind I have to move houses , then they ignored my calls the rest of the day had pay rent where I was suppose to have moved and pay where I am going, so disappointing. I would really appreciate my refund thanks.

  I had a great experience renting a car. The booking process was straightforward, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the pickup and return procedures were quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The car performed well and matched the description provided. I would happily rent from this company again.

  I hired the electric van .never again .it cost over £80 to use over 2days . Driving just over 100 miles only moving a fridge freezer not that much weight .my advice to anyone is don't use the transit electric van it is ridiculous to run and that's without over as n hour waiting to refuel dia never again.it wouldn't be so bad if they told you the only thing they said when I took it back was ho yes if you haven't a home charger they are expensive to fill maybe they should tell you that before you take it . rubbish .and why can they take the £200 deposit in 10 seconds but I still haven't had it back 2 days later
