Phoned only a few days ago and enquired about 4 new tyres including tracking. Bloke on phone said yeah sure we can do that for you so I said I'd come in Sat. Bloke said get here for half 8 that's when we open. Fair enough.
Turns up bang on half 8 and multiple cars are there (I counted 7). Had no idea it operates a first come, first serve free for all queuing system.
2 cars already in the bays so that makes 9. What time did these vehicles turn up?
Nowhere park properly so had to shove it down the side in an awkward place. Had no idea who to talk to and a guy sat on chair (owner I wonder?) in corner chopsing and swigging a brew and blokes running around like their heads have ignited.
Go round back and witness more pandamonium and ask a guy with a ciggy (worker) on the tyre machine who I need speak with regarding my tyres & tracking and I'd phoned the day before.
Guy just grunts "Join the queue mate" then cracks on. Completely dismissive and ignorant.
Waits in queue which is honestly just random for 30 mins and in that time witness 2 cars push in and another 2 drive off.
Place gives off a very unwelcoming and disorganised vibe so I thought nah, something doesn't add up here so I ended up leaving. Called another tyre place 15 mins away and got my 4 tyres & tracking done there and then. Much nicer environment and I didn't get told to just go join a flipping queue.
Won't ever be going here again nor recommending it.

Ordered tyres online to save a little money, every little helps right? ☺️
Went the next day to have them fitted.
Waited probably 10 mins or so and then I was very quickly sorted with my new tyres.
Everyone was polite, they work super quick and as I was soon back on the road again.
Definitely recommend these guys for efficient tyre fitting at a good price 👍
