  Exceptional Service from Stafford Enterprise We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stafforx Enterprise from start to finish. From the warm welcome to the professionalism of the staff, every detail was handled with genuine care and made the experience feel so special. A very special mention must go to Ariyan, who provided exceptional customer service throughout. Ariyan truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the extra effort and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares so much about their customers and their experience. We are incredibly grateful to the whole Stafford. Enterprise team for making our experience so memorable. Professional, welcoming, thoughtful, and truly exceptional service. Highly recommend!

  I grant a 5-star review to Brandi at Enterprise Stafford. She went out of her way to streamline my car hire experience due to an insurance claim, I was so impressed and grateful to her. Brandi is customer focussed, she explained T&C's well, she is professional, kind, and well groomed. I say Brandi should be PROMOTED and perhaps be training your less experienced staff. I also thank Fizz, she was great on the phone.

  Our experience of hiring did not start at all well so we were quite fearful about our choice. There were two vehicles available - one was due a recall because of a fault and the other when inspected had a flat tyre. Unperturbed our agent at Stafford Enterprise, set about solving the issue on a Saturday morning. A tyre was found but HiQ couldn't fit in because of shortage of a mechanic. Kwik Fit were contacted and so the 9-people carrier went there. they then refused to fit a tyre because the alloy wheel was showing a defect. Our agent contacted us though it was past closing time at the branch. We were offered an all-electric alternative which we really didn't want because of travel plans. Again our agent, the assistant manager again assured us that the contract would be honoured and she found another van in Crewe which was fetched and some 2 1/2 hours after closing we took delivery. The van drove well throughout the week once we sorted out how to connect the back seat belts! The van did have an issue with the fuel cover not connecting fully but this was minor. We returned the van a day early and received our collision waiver fee back for the last day. I did point out that the front passenger tyre was getting skimpy and B..... immediately noted this to get it replaced. I'm glad that I hadn't really noticed this earlier as I would certainly have asked for a replacement tyre!! We had 5 USA visitors all week, completed nearly 1000 miles in comfort - and the hybrid was pretty economical for such a large vehicle. So well done Enterprise, Stafford particularly B..... Thank you On quite a different not it was only by chance that we found out that booking online through Expedia was much (and I mean much) cheaper that going to branch or even using Enterprise online. I'm not sure how this can be changed but I reckon I saved nearly 50% by going through this route - surely something that the company should consider for the future.

  Booked car for 5 days for a reasonable fee. When picking up the car, after spending money on a taxi to fetch the car, was advised Enterprise staff could have picked me up. Not much use after the fact. Then was advised, after checking in and while standing at the vehicle, that any small scratch longer than a few centimetres would cost an additional £2000 pounds for each individual scratch, and that this could be remedied by paying an additional £30 per day, resulting in a total cost of £71 per day for a Nissan Juke! No other car rental company charges such outrageous excess fees for potential light damage. This is blatant undisguised extortion and it will be a snowy day in hell before I will rent another vehicle from Enterprise. In the past, I was a frequent customer of Enterprise in Ireland but never again.

  The staff at Stafford branch are brilliant, professional and friendly. Highly recommended! This being said , after hiring a car and for nearly 8 months at the cost of around £9000 I was asked to pay a £1000 excess because of 2 chips in the windscreen which would cost around £50 to fix. No chance. I understand that is policy but it is also very unfair and I wont be paying it. Staff brilliant, can’t fault them at all. Adam, branch manager is a credit to the business 100% But the company asking me pay £1000 excess for such a minor issue is a joke and I won’t be paying it so asking me for it will be just be a waste of time. Would still recommend even after this
