- MAMina Aguas2 days ago5.0I would like to say my experience with this business was outstanding and the two young men made my day. Ariyan and Ridwan are great ambassadors for this business and made me so welcome I had to make my comments. Exceptional customer experience and everything was explained to me really well. Keep up the great work guys and hopefully see you soon. Kind regards Craig Russell
- SMScott Meana3 days ago1.0Worst car rental EVER! Such a terrible experience to the point I was completely put off and left without renting.. I wanted to rent a car not a spaceship so not sure why so much drama. They didn't have the car I booked online so tried to upsell me a better one for more money and the sales girl likely on commission basically told me that they charge extortionate excess fees so I would be best to get a bronze silver or gold package which would prevent this. Wasted money on a taxi for no reason. Worst experience of all time. 0 out of 10.

- RWRosie WebsterSep 30, 20261.0If I could give this place zero stars I would. Myself and my husband reserved a van last night to use today and we paid just under £50 to rent the van no problem. My husband arrived today and got told her had to pay a £200 deposit when we had already paid to use the van today for a few hours. They treated him awfully and he left without the van before asking for a refund to be told he had to pay a £40 cancellation fee. Absolute disgusting. Avoid at all costs. No where does it state on the website you have to then pay a £200 deposit. Awful services again, avoid at all costs especially when you need a van for something important!
- CBChristopher BurnsSep 26, 20265.0Extremely happy with this branch and the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and supplied me with a fantastic BMW X5. Kayann (hope that’s spelled correctly) was extremely polite and professional, explained everything in detail and didn’t rush me at all. Customer service skills were second to none. Thank you and I would definitely recommend this branch and staff to anyone thinking of getting a hire vehicle. Fantastic service guys 5 stars !!
