    Would give no stars if I could. Avoid using "Enterprise Van Rental Lichfield" they did this to me — booked online, confirmed, and they took full payment upfront. As I turned up to collect the van so I could go and pick up my daughter's birthday present, they called to say they didn't actually have a van available. I went into the office the. Staff sat there making calls for about an hour before eventually admitting they had nothing for me. No van, no real apology, no solution just "sorry, can't help." Left me completely stuck, unable to get the present, and now chasing a refund for money they've already taken in full. If your system lets people pay in full for a van you don't have, that's not bad luck — that's a broken process, and customers pay the price for it. An hour wasted, a ruined birthday plan, and money tied up that should never have left my account. Avoid. If you actually need the van to be there when you book it, look elsewhere.

    Generally a really good experience. In particular, the guys on-site really did try to do everything they could to make things a good experience. Couple minor points. 1 - I picked up a couple parking fines during hire. My fault obviously. But, if I'd have got the paperwork through quicker for the first, I might have avoided the second. Appreciate there are delays with paperwork etc tho. Particularly frustrating you get charged £35 admin fee each time - again, if I got the feedback quicker, I could have avoided the second. 2. Confusion re returning the vehicle for travel. The national line said it was ok to pick up at Lichfield and drop at Heathrow whilst away. Local branch disagreed - a bit stressful when you have impending travel! Eventually the local branch agreed with national. Just a few little things that if smoothed out would really help.
