  Worst branch experience ever. Make sure you have them pull the vehicle out of the tight parking and take a full timestamped video and photos around the vehicle. Then make sure to fully read the paperwork to ensure all preexisting damage is actually documented. Do not take the associate's word for anything. In fact, trust your instincts and do not accept a vehicle with any visible defects, even if it's "below the threshold" in appearance. Make sure no additional fees are added for extras that were no discussed or authorized. The associate (thun, long hair, Greek woman ) I worked with was deceptive. The wait for vehicle was lengthy and the intended vehicle parked in multiple layers. I secured a one-way to the airport only to be slapped with a damage claim for preexisting scratches. Also, on the first day we were originally charged double the rental, plus additional fees. Reservation quoted rental at $368.51 but we were charged $741.69! Had to waste time and emotion trying to clean up their mess. Received a credit of $270.92. We are in the lengthy process of trying to secure an additional ~$150 credit to adjust to our actual reservation quote directly through Enterprise. Now working through this damage claim as an added blow. We are now 8 hrs time difference, back in the US. Not to mention we waited for the after inspection at Heathrow and everything was cleared and good to go, only to receive a damage notice and associated invoice on our flight home. All stems back to shady practices and tactics at this Southampton branch. It's not right.Even after taking all precautions, be prepared to be surprised by additional charges and claims including the hours of associated time necessary to dispute and resolve. Nightmare.

  This car rental company is absolutely terrible; it's a complete scam. I booked two cars and paid in advance. But when I went to pick them up, the rental manager told me that one of the car orders had been automatically cancelled by the system. So they only had one car available for me. However, I never received an email notification that my order was cancelled, and in fact, my order wasn't cancelled. This is completely a deceptive tactic by the rental company. I originally booked two seven-seater Volkswagen Multivans, but in the end, I only received a dirty, unwashed, and scratched nine-seater and a tiny four-seater sedan. The car pickup process took me almost two hours, completely wasting my time and disrupting our itinerary for 11 people. The rental manager repeatedly stated that the smaller car was free and that my original order would be refunded. But these guarantees are pure fraud. Afterwards, I discovered that the rental documents for the small car were exactly the same as my original order—the one the manager claimed had been cancelled. The order number and amount were identical. If the order had been cancelled by the system, how could there be a document to sign for it? Therefore, the order was never cancelled in the first place; it was all a lie by the rental company. Naturally, I received no refund. Furthermore, the small car was a gasoline vehicle, but the rental documents listed it as an electric car. I think this is because the price of the small car was different from what I initially paid, so the documents listed a larger electric car model. Therefore, I can say with absolute certainty that this company is a scam. You can check other people's reviews; cases of booking a car and not receiving it are not isolated incidents. Other users have reported similar problems multiple times. If you don't mind this kind of surprise, go ahead and book. And to the head office, if you want NOT to be called a scam company, you should manage this branch properly. I'm not the first, nor will I be the last, to be deceived like this. This branch has serious problems. To Kim, 2026/8/4 updated I had contacted with Enterprise live chat, the customer service said there will be a manager contact with me. But it is not, no one give me any response until now.

  Renter beware. I rented a car with Collison Damage Waiver (CDW) but my final invoice listed Roadside Protection, not CDW and I was changed 1300 pounds for a minor door scratch. CHECK EVERYTHING if you rent here - understaffed and inept.
