    I’ve consistently received a speedy, professional service from the team at Enterprise on Western Esplanade, Southampton. Franz on pick-up is always polite, engaging, and takes the time to make sure everything is absolutely right before you leave, which really sets the tone for the experience. Duncan, the manager, also stands out for making the effort to acknowledge regular customers—something that doesn’t go unnoticed and adds a personal touch. On my most recent return, I was assisted by a new member of the team who was equally polite and welcoming. She handled the vehicle return efficiently and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the car. It was great that she took the time to have a genuine conversation, even relating it to her own experience with the previous model, which made the interaction feel natural and unhurried. Overall, this is a place where you genuinely feel valued as a customer. A great team of friendly, professional people who go the extra mile.

    I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After someone drove into the front of my Mercedes and I needed a courtesy vehicle through Aviva, the service I received was absolutely first class from start to finish. Sam, Maria and Victor were outstanding. They were professional, friendly, personable and genuinely cared about making what was already a stressful situation as easy as possible. Every interaction was handled with kindness, efficiency and a smile, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Sam leads by example and has clearly built a fantastic team. Maria and Victor were equally impressive and made me feel valued as a customer throughout the entire process. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, this team genuinely stands out. They turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and positive one. A huge thank you to Sam, Maria and Victor for their professionalism, warmth and exceptional customer care. They are a credit to Enterprise and thoroughly deserve recognition for the excellent work they do. Highly recommended.

    My Niece have rented a Ford Torneo here, The van is amazing, very clean, but there's some fault on the dashboard saying the tyre sensor has an error and the pre-Collision is not working, and we informed the staff about it and told us that its fine there is no problem about it.. so we went off. Driving the Car is brilliant, loves the handling, but when start using the Adaptive Cruise Control did not work because of the Pre-Collision sensor is not working. And then 6 days before the return of the vehicle, we added an additional driver for 2 days and they where inform about it and agreed to it that it's only for 2 days charge. When we return the vehicle, upon inspection they found the wing mirror on the passenger side has some damage which is not our fault. When we told them that the damage is not our fault still they refuse to accept, we charge over 2K just for the wing mirror. They said they will refund the rest if the final cost has been done. After 2 days a second bill came which we were charge more as the original bill, they cahrage us of tax over 20%, when we make an inquiry in the branch itself regarding the tax, they said they can't do anything about it, and as it is automatically done by the Tax, we were charge 50% of VAT and the agent in the Branch was not helpful and rude, and they claiming that we are being aggressive towards them, and claiming that they we can't do that because they are minor? So is this means they are hiring people that are doing customer service that are minor? Which dealing to people? And they are so rude and not helpful, not untill the manager intervene to help which he resolve the issue of the bill. Customer service is so appalling and bad, they are not trained on how to deal with people. All they want was money..

    As others have mentioned, please take high-definition videos of every corner of the car. While the service was speedy, I was questioned about 2 nearly invisible dents (only visible upon extremely close inspection at a very specific angle) during my return. Thankfully, I had a high-definition video of the whole car, and I had to pause frame-by-frame to find the 2 dents to clear my innocence. The staff accepted my evidence and sent me on my way without further drama.
