  Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Autos. Super toller Service, man hat uns zum Kreuzfahrtschiff zurück gebracht und brauchten nicht mit dem Shuttlebus vom Schiff fahren.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Alamo Rent A Car in Southampton, and it was all thanks to Windi! From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. As someone visiting from the United States who had never driven in England before, I was honestly a little nervous. Windi took the time to explain everything clearly—from the rental process to helpful tips about driving on the left side of the road, local road signs, and what to expect. She never made me feel rushed and answered every question with patience and genuine kindness. What really stood out was Windi's incredibly friendly, caring, and welcoming personality. She has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and confident, and by the time I left the counter, I felt excited instead of anxious about my first driving experience in the UK.   Great experience from beginning to end. The pickup was quick and easy as was the drop off. The employees at both rental centers were friendly and helpful. We would definitely want to use Alamo when we rent again.
