  I ordered a car. Then went to collect it. They said I will not be able to hire a car as my address was saying I do not receive mail. They were not interested in any other proof oflD. I was just not able to hire a car. I went over the road to Arnold Clark, absolutely no problem with checks. It took 10 minutes and I was away with my hire car, I can't praise Arnold Clark enough. I will never use Enterprise again, the company is a joke, they also took 3 days to refund me my money, the worst experience I have ever had hiring a car.

  absolutely raging got a call 15 minutes before picking up a van saying 2 tyres were not road legal and they didn't know when they could get them fixed or a replacement van for today. Absolute joke.I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

  I have rented a van for one day. Everything went great from start to finish. I had to extend my rental for a couple of hours and there was no problem to do it for the Enterprise team in Stirling. Very happy with the customer service and with the overall experience. Highly recommend!

  Terrible service. Key through letterbox instead of an actual conversation and walk around car. Left car lying for 3 days after hire ended. Watched the guy inspect like it was a crime scene. Then charged me for tyre damage after pick up. Their images dont show obvious damage. Or proof it was there after my hire. Subsequent doctored image provided by enterprise. The 'image' is zoomed so many times to show a negligible mark. Are we supposed to check a car with a magnifying glass now?!? If Im meant to catalogue these pre hire, Id be there all day. Absolute shocking service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT USE. Charlatans.

  I hired and paid up front for a van. On going to the Stirling branch on the day of the hire, I was told the van wasn’t available. One member of staff alleged that he’d left me a voicemail the previous evening. No he didn’t. Anyway……….there was no explanation, no apology and the staff were nothing short of rude and abrupt. A disgrace. I even had to ask about being refunded. This was met with a shrug of the shoulders and a ‘you’ll get it in a few days”. I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of poor service and a lack of customer service ever before. Do not use this lot. They are awful. The company who I managed to get a van from said this was a regular occurrence. Still waiting on my refund by the way.
