  Called up to see if they have tyre in stock ! Due to having a blow out. The guy “Terry” don’t know his name! “Yeah got one in for you but can’t do it until Monday And it’s £90 for a budget 195/55/16” even though you are open till 4 and not busy at all as drove past and the fitters are all sitting down doing nothing. Great customer service bud ! Won’t use you at all

  I’ve been using this company for over 20 years, and during that time I’ve dealt with both great and not-so-great members of staff. Unfortunately, my experience today was by far the worst. I visited the shop to make a simple enquiry and was met by a tall, dark-haired employee whose attitude towards customers was completely unacceptable. He was rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no customer service or people skills. Following this interaction, I will be contacting the company’s HR department and requesting that they review the CCTV footage from inside the shop so they can see how customers are being spoken to. I live locally, and I’m certainly not the only person who has had a negative experience with this employee. It’s disappointing because this company used to have an excellent reputation and was always a pleasure to deal with. It’s a real shame to see standards of customer service fall so far.

  Saying they did works and charging for something they did not .Went today to fit 2 tires that I bought from RAC tyres. Together with the tyres I bought a wheel alignment. I was away from the shop for about 40-45 minutes and when I got back the technician was fitting the passenger wheel on the car. As soon as the technician finished the car was taken out . I asked if I can get the paper for the wheel alignment and was told there is no paper. Called RAC and waiting for a resolution as internet says it takes around 15-20 mins for a tyre to be replaced and the wheel to be balanced and put back on the car. The wheel alignment should take between 1 and 2 hours on my type and make of car but my car was in the garage around 45 mins in total .

  Never used these guys before, So after I rang them for a price for a regas for AC, Yes I had to ask the misses as I wasn't going to pay for her car. Haha, Anyway I rang back asking for a slot, the guys went of out the way and got a slot within the hour on the hottest day of the year 10/10 thank you.

  Have visited over the years. Recently taken over by Halfords. Management no longer as hepful as they were and more expensive.
