  Cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing and deflected her incompetence onto my wife and I, went in with a 5% voucher, so fill my van up but ended up paying full price. :( won't be going back

  Very rude employee named Martide.(lady with glasses worked today 2-08-2026) Pump 10 has a issue,you cannot select pay at the cashier.no marked before to can avoid stop there.I tried to give her my feedback,but instead she was unimpressed about that,more than that was talking in the same time with me and arrogant.

  I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience really bothered me and made me feel disrespected. Today, 12.07.2026 at around 4:30pm, I went to fill petrol at the Tesco petrol station in Stanwell, Staines. After filling up, I wanted to use the car wash as my car was very dusty and there’s a water shortage due to the heatwave. One wash bay was in use and the other had a car parked with no driver. I went to ask the staff member at the counter if I could use it. Her tone was extremely rude and dismissive. She told me that bay wasn’t working and that there were cones and a sign up when there was nothing and the bay was open. I then used the working bay. While I was washing my car, the same staff member came out, put cones up to block the second bay, and then sat in her own car which was parked in the wash bay. When I mentioned to her that she had given me incorrect information, she ignored me and didn’t apologise. I was also charged for screen wash liquid, but none was provided. For a company like Tesco, this level of customer service is not acceptable. Please look into this matter and staff training.

  Could do with an update. Good extra facilities. Good priced petrol, but not always up to date with app prices. My payment cards that work elsewhere always have issues at their pump payment.
