  Unethical service I have ever come across! I was in need of a rental car on 25-07-2026 because my car broke down in Guilford, and had to give it for repair in a garage in Guildford itself. I found this rental service on google as I needed the rental car urgently because I was on my way for a picnic along with my kids! My booking was done at the enterprise and was informed that when the rental car would be available I would be contacted. So I made my way back to the garage. Unfortunately, no response was there from their side so I tried calling before the closing time and still no answer! I waited for more than an hour hoping I would get a call but nothing. So I gave up and had to book an Uber. Please do not provide services if you don’t know the basic etiquette of customer service. There should have been some courtesy from your side to inform me that the car was not available and I would have sorted out from other option. Highly not recommend this service in Guilford.

  Great service from Mary when collecting car. Easy to book.on App. Good communication via email. Easy to find hire shop. Excellent staff, knowledgeable and informative. Great car, new, Easy to drive and refuel. Reasonable price. Better than Hertz in Guildford. Will use again.

  Hired a van to move house. Got a voicemail the night before the van hire (at 6.30pm - conveniently just as the branch was closing) to say they don't have any vans available. Now we're stuck trying to sort a van to move 300 miles with less than 24 hours notice. Can't believe this service from Enterprise - will never ever use them again.

  I feel slightly conflicted writing this review because George at the Guildford branch was genuinely excellent. Helpful, professional, friendly, and honestly the only reason this review isn’t getting one star. Unfortunately, the vehicles themselves seem to be auditioning for a scrapyard documentary. In the space of 8 days, I’ve had 3 different cars. Each one appeared determined to light up the dashboard like Harrods at Christmas, with warning lights and engine management lights glowing proudly from the moment you turned the key. One vehicle was so filthy inside that I genuinely couldn’t tell whether it had been through a snowstorm or whether someone had emptied an industrial-sized ashtray over the back seats and driver’s area. The brakes squealed so loudly I was convinced a giant rat was trapped somewhere underneath. As for the mileage, all three cars were only 2–3 years old, yet they’d apparently covered enough distance to make a respectable attempt at a round trip to the moon. George did everything he could to help and deserves credit for dealing with the situation professionally. Sadly, the condition of the fleet means I wouldn’t choose to use Enterprise again.
