  Extremely disappointed after being a loyal customer of the New Malden branch for over a year. On my last hire I was diverted to the Epsom branch due to no vans being available at New Malden. Upon returning the van at Epsom, I was charged a £2,250.00 excess fee for an "undisclosed mark" As I was rushing to an appointment, I paid on the assurance that someone would follow up the next week with a full investigation and refund any balance owed. That was 30th June. Since then I've called repeatedly, been redirected to head office each time, and been promised call-backs that never happen. No explanation, no refund, no communication. The New Malden branch itself has always been excellent — this experience was entirely down to how the Epsom branch and head office have handled it since. Unless this is resolved, I'll be pursuing legal action to recover the money. Avoid until they can explain how customers are treated once a payment .

  AVOID at all costs!!! Shocking set up 🤬 dreadful service, poorly maintained vehicles, and rentals not available on time!! Just get the basics right 🤷‍♂️ it’s not rocket science 🤦‍♂️
