Went to Baker Tyres to have a tyre replaced. When they took the old one off, the wheel cracked (happens once in a blue moon). They found me a temporary replacement wheel and then got me a brand new one (with new tyre) within 3 days. Outstanding service and very highly recommended!!!

So glad this place was pointed out to me. My go-to tyre place was Universal on Laleham Road in Staines, but they were full today and I tried the next place I knew, National at the Egham bypass roundabout. The guy that runs that place recommended Baker Tyre as they were totally booked today too.
So onward I trundled to Baker with my punctured tyre. The dudes that work there are absolute first-rate professionals, so kind, and with a great sense of humour to boot. I didn’t have a booking but they managed to accommodate me, patched up my tyre, and helped me figure out what lug nuts to order to replace my corroded set. I’ll be heading back to them when those new bolts come in, and, honestly, for the foreseeable future for any tyre issues I encounter.
Thanks especially to Luke, and the other really nice fellow (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) who helped us out. So fortunate to have found a reliable place for tyres! Y'all really are the best.
