  I’ve used these guys four times in the last few months to hire a van - exemplary service each time. The vehicles are low mileage and clean, the greeting and engagement is top notch. You feel special even though they’re dealing with many customers each day. Especially like the fact they all shake your hand - it’s the little things that matter. In a land where vehicle hiring has a bad rap for sharp tactics these guys do the exact opposite and as a result get repeat custom.

  The rental cost is a fiction! To make sure you have full coverage for any accidental chips,dings,scratches, flat tyres etc, you have to double the cost! So when they say £100 for 4 days, let's say, you the have to pay £25per day +£10 per day just to reduce you excess to £250. Otherwise it's £2,500.? Typical ripoff, get you all booked in, thinking bargain, then explain the damage waver you paid for isn't what you think it is. Conning bastards. Do you get that money back if no damage is incurred, absolutely not. So when booking, remember to double the amount.

  I hire large vans from this company in Dorking. We book them at least a week or two in advance. Our last gig we were told the van in question had been extended for another customer's use which they had done online. This is legit apparently and the van we had booked just wasn't available. A far smaller van and really crappy older model was given to us instead and the whole thing was a great hassle. This morning my driver was called at 8.30 by Enterprise to tell him the van we booked a week ago isn't available. Same old stuff. Apparently once he'd spoken to them and told them to sort it out, it is miraculously now available as booked. However, their payment system isn't working and so the £200 deposit needed won't work on their system. He has spent 40 minutes on the phone to his bank and the fault is with them, apparently. Enterprise has told him they wont take a payment over the phone, they don't accept cash and my driver is now stressed to the max running around Dorking. They have Taken the payment for the van on the same card they say won't work on their system and the drama that has now ensued with walks and car rides and taking someone else to their office to pay a 200 quid refundable deposit is a farce. It seems for my business, Enterprise is far more trouble than it's worth. I won't be spending my hard earned cash with them again.

  10 out of 10. Helpful and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean vehicle. Straight forward handover and drop of procedures. Will use Enterprise again.
