Been going there for 4 years and now a change of ownership. My car failed the MOT for a fault that hadn't been failed on before and had remained unchanged. A whole list of defects appeared out of nowhere. I took the failed car to another garage and they passed it no problem. Seems to me that it's a case of creating work for no reason. I told them that I would never go there ever again

I can't thank SGG enough for their support. We agreed to replace a part with a used part found online, which was frustratingly lost by the courier. My car ended up staying at the garage for over 3 weeks (I didn't need it during that time) and the SGG guys were so helpful and understanding. When a replacement part did arrive, it was sorted on the same day. I couldn't fault their professionalism, honesty and friendliness. They were happy to look after the car for the duration to save me any further inconvenience. I have used several garages in the area in the last 10 years and SGG are by the far the best I've come across.
