  "It's the company that let's you down" I had a booking confirmed 3 weeks ago and when i turned up to collect i was told they dont have a vehicle available and not sure if one will be available until evening, on to of that i had to make my own way back. Customer service is poor and they give you conflicting information. Staff memeber don't seem to know what the company does or doesn't do. I had one person say to me they can pick me up from home and another says no they can't. Bad experience made worse by unhelpful staff members.

  Great people at the southend branch and very helpful and knowledgeable I personally wouldn't go anywhere else if you need them they are there to help in any way possible.

  Firstly I would give 0 stars!!. (LEIGH ON SEA BRANCH) Absolute horrible experience. Feb 9th , had an issue with insurance to get a courtesy car , finally got it at 5:50 10 mins before this branch closed. The had parked the car round the counter next to a fence in pitch black. Walked around the car pointing out scratches on the car. To which a going man blonde hair(employee) stated “thats fine done worry about it”. Not sure if he was rushing to get home on time as they closed at 6pm but he didn’t walked round the car with me nothing. He passed the key and urged me to sign the things not allowing me to read it , just told me what each section meant that I was signing. Due to the timing I didn’t want to not have a car for work the next day as it was urgent. Had the car for not even 48 hours and once taken back I get a ring. There’s a scratch on the car. I stated and another person I was with that the scratch they see was present upon pick up in which I was told it was fine. And I. No way did the colleague say if there are scratches MY EXCESS Fee would be charged m. Mind you the scratch was fairly small and I didn’t even cause it. Either way they’ve called me saying they will check with their colleague and let me call me back after , after I told them the story . No, I wake up to a charge of my excess 800 POUNDS tried to be taken out of my account, thankfully it had declined, how ever now I’m going through every action possible to get rid of this ludicrous claim against me. They have mentioned they will get debt collection on this etc. I will eventually have to contact the Bvla to get a fair result as this is very unfair. Funny thing is, I even told them to check their CCTV to show we pointed out the scratch to the colleague. Do you know what they said. THEY DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THE CAMERA!!!!!! What???. Ridiculous. Nor do they have any pictures of the car within the time frames of 5:30/6pm when I came and picked up the car. I’ve see in reviews this has happened to someone else!!! STAY WEEL CLEAR FRIENDS!
