Booked a small car weeks in advance, on the day we're driving to collect the car, they phoned me twice 5 minutes before we got there (I missed both calls as phone was on silent). We walked in and they told us they the car we were supposed to collect had been extended... 5 minutes notice. They failed to provide us another car and apparently had no other cars available in the whole area and we would most likely not get a car that day. I asked them to call competitors and provide written proof of why they cannot provide us a car which they did not provide either. Complete breach of contract, poor communication, imagine it was my wedding day or similar, I would not have any mode of suitable transport. I raised a complaint via their online customer services system and haven't heard anything either, I've also tried calling this branch multiple times but no answer (probably blocked my number). In the end after all the stress, I went to Drivila last minute in Rayleigh who provided us a better car for a better price and the process was simple. How this place has any good reviews is beyond me.

Mind you people book in ADVANCE. We book online for a price and when we go collect the car we are told there’s nothing there and we have to go to another location to pay more money for the car as well as transport to get there!! Absolutely ridiculous this is the second time now.
