- MRMark RosevereApr 28, 20261.0Use to be excellent when it was Bathwick Tyres, but I was very disappointed on my last visit. I turned up with a potential puncture, but they were unable to see me until 3pm. Fair enough. I returned at 3pm and still had to wait 25 mins for them to look at the car. No puncture found, but they still charged the full £45.99 (invoice shows it as puncture repair and environmental charge). The tyre warning light is still on after driving home, so either it's not inflated to the right pressure, or it's already gone down again. Shame as their service use to be excellent.

I then checked the tyres on their website when I got home and found they has charged me nearly £100 more than what the exact same tyres were on their website! I emailed them straight away, hoping they would resolve this but a week later, still no response. I definitely don't recommend going here, especially if you're a women!

They took payment then refused to refund money after THEY cancelled my appointment 3 times! - On 21st Jan 2026 I placed an order for 2 tyres and the money was taken from my account - When I turned up on time for my tyre fitting they said they cancelled the appointment and sent me away due to staff. Same thing happened 1 week later this time due to equipment - They said they would call me with a new date/time but never did, so I called and emailed to ask for my money back - They didn't reply so after multiple calls and emails I raised a small claims court case against them for the refund - To date (today is 21st April, 3 months after placing the order) I am still awaiting the full refund

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.

Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
