    Very poor customer service. Tyres fitted nearly 2.5hrs after appointment time with no apology. I was told I would be called when tyres were ready to fit and call never came, so I revisited in person after 5-6 unanswered calls to check in. Once tyres fitted, I asked about a partial refund due to delays. I was told I could receive a voucher for next time. I politely declined and asked for a partial refund. I was told this could not be done and only a manager could do this in a few days time. I was told I would be emailed. I have not been contacted after several weeks. I asked for the manager's email address at the time as I knew this would happen and was told it was not available. I appreciate not everyone enjoys customer service but every person I spoke to gave the impression they didn't want to be there and didn't particularly care.

    Huge shout-out to Raul for saving the day! I was in a total panic after my phone slid behind my dashboard, and despite the Garage being busy and me not having an appointment, Raul treated my situation with total kindness. ​It’s one thing to be good at your job, but Raul went above and beyond with his attitude. He was patient, super friendly, and turned a stressful morning into a great experience. We need more people like him in customer service! 10/10 service. Thank you!!!

    Never used Bathwick Tyres before. I always used to go to another garage, but this time was different. My MOT failed, and couldn't find any other place late in the evening able to book me in for the next day. Not only did I get all 4 tyres swapped the next day, I've had my alignment done with a discount, and the guy in reception managed to get someone to scan my car so I could know what was wrong with it. Another gentleman then helped me with what I needed, and even recommended a place where I could get my car done and through an MOT on the same day. Feeling insanely grateful for all the help received, couldn't be more lucky. Props and many thanks to everyone who I had the pleasure of working with.

    Don’t even wanna give one star , Extremely disappointed with the service here. I had new brake pads fitted, but the technicians failed to reset the brake pad wear indicator/system in the car's computer. Now my dashboard is constantly showing a warning light and telling me to 'service...” They failed to reset the computer system to recognize the new pads. Now I have to waste more time driving to another garage to get them to do the job. “Incompetent." And the money they total £227.99 without updating the sytem. first and last time with them never ever coming back not recommended at all :(
