- GAGill Alleyne1 day ago5.0We needed a car to get home to Merseyside following a RTA. I called to reserve a car - Quashqi size to get everything home. Branch called me and said they only had a Juke bit offered a small discount. It was really busy when we arrived but we were greeted by a lovely member of staff and he started the sign in process. We were shown the car, offered an alternative but we stuck with the Juke. Friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. We will use them again .

- TJTom JewittJul 20, 20261.0Don’t book a van to hire from Enterprise and expect to have a van on the day and time you booked it for. I booked a Luton van for the day before my moving day at 5pm. I got a phone call at 4pm that day telling me the van was unavailable and they had nothing else to give me until 10am the following morning (My actual moving day). Obviously you would expect a refund, maybe even some compensation, but no nothing. I have been chasing a refund for over 3 weeks. Still not received the money, everytime I ring up they give me the same excuse saying it has to go through to America, so they will get back to me tomorrow. Did they ever call me back? Nope. I’ve rang them 7 times in the space of 3 weeks chasing this refund. It’s just completely unacceptable for a company of their size to treat customers like this. In the end I was lucky enough a local van company were able to lend me one when they were just about to close. Couldn’t recommend them enough. So if anyone is in the south Somerset/dorset area go to Dorset Vehicle rentals. Avoid this place it’s terrible, poor staff, awful communication. Don’t even want to give 1 star but I have too.
