  I would like to say dealing with your staff at the Taunton office was a great experience not only was I greeted with a friendly professional attitude all the staff I interacted with was friendly polite and nothing was to much bother for them, I will be giving them a 5 star review, as for enterprise as a company you rented me a brand new van with all the bells and whistles at a great price! when I needed to extend the rental again it was at a great price and minimal fuss to myself to do. I can't thank you enough especially with the stress of having my van in the garage, you guys took all the stress away from me with a great affordable service, again I will be leaving the company a 5 star review, many thanks enterprise for coming to my rescue and keeping me on the road when I needed it.   Don't use online booking - ring direct if you need to use them. I made a booking well in advance to hire a van to move stuff into storage when moving house. I received an email the evening before the rental to say that the van booked for midday the next day wouldn't be available until 6pm when the branch closes. No van was available from nearby branches. In hindsight using a local independent is a lot better because they know what they have available and when they have it - making them a more reliable bet!

  Given 1 star as it will not allow me to do less. This company is an absolute joke. Customer service is chaotic, it's like the blind leading the blind. Hired an extra large van, arrived to find the van reserved had an issue so got given a normal size van. I was informed I would recieve a refund due to the price difference. Upon returning the van UNDAMAGED I was accused by some absolute jobsworth of a staff member that I had damaged the end of the plywood by the back door as it was lifting( it was lifting when I got given the van) the wood is WARPED more than likely through getting wet and drying out. It was also lifting the front side of the wheel box, weirdly that wasn't damaged by me yet exactly the same as the rear AND the rear corner. It became apparent this was a bit much for them to comprehend. I always lift up over the back bumper as not to cause damage, but something I have loaded caused this, I only had boxes, small table and chairs and plants hence the soil. After being accused multiple times of causing this damage I left and still yet to recieve my £200 refund. Ive even got a photograph of the wood which proves i didn't damage it. Had i damaged the vehicle then I would have been the first to say, that's just who I am, instead I was indirectly accused of lying. I returned the van 3 days early as another family member helped in their van so was done sooner than expected, was also told we would recieve a part refund for the early return. Never recieved customer service and unprofessional standards like this place. Complete joke of a company. I will never use this company again, will also never reccomend them either. Seems strange that you cannot upload photos. Almost like they don't want evidence proving them at fault To add on from this review reply, I have contacted them and have heard nothing back so it seems even putting in an official complaint gets you nowhere. They really do not care about their customers.

  Terrible service , avoid this company !! Car I booked was not available , I was told last minute , completely messed up my plans . Staff were uninterested , and unhelpful . Bunch of shoddy pirates

  Easy to book online. Check in process was easy. Staff very helpful and informative. Vehicle was of a high standard. I needed to extend my booking and the online system was quick, efficient and easy to navigate. I was very happy with the service and the quality of vehicle. I would definitely use Enterprise again in the future if required.
