  Excellent service, less than an hour from booking to driving car. Car was immaculate and a beautiful drive. Staff really friendly, answered all questions and didn't make me feel silly for asking them. Would 100% use/recommend.

  Very disappointing customer service experience. The office felt disorganized, and the overall process was extremely inefficient. It took over an hour and a half to collect the car and another 30–45 minutes to return it, making what should have been a simple rental unnecessarily stressful. Communication from staff was also frustrating, as I received conflicting explanations that seemed inconsistent and unhelpful. The atmosphere was not particularly welcoming, which only added to the negative experience. What was most concerning was seeing several customers arrive with confirmed reservations only to be told that no vehicles were available. If reservations are ultimately “subject to availability,” it raises serious questions about the reliability of the booking system. People make plans, often pay in advance, and then find themselves left without a vehicle and offered little more than an apology. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not feel confident relying on this company again.

  I rented a van from Enterprise for collection on Thursday the 30th at 1pm. On the day, I received multiple calls saying the van wasn’t available. First I was told there was an engine issue, then I was told the previous customer hadn’t returned it yet. I was repeatedly given new collection times — first 2pm, then 3pm, then 5pm. At that point, because it was already the end of the day, I agreed to collect it the following morning instead. I arrived at 11am on Friday the 1st to collect the van, and again I was told it still wasn’t available because the previous customer still had it. I was then told it would arrive around 1pm, but it didn’t actually become available until later. I finally collected the van at approximately 3:56pm on Friday — almost 27 hours after my original booking time. At no point during collection was I informed that the branch closed at 2pm on Saturdays, or that I would effectively be unable to return the van within the 24-hour rental period because of the branch opening hours. When I attempted to return the van on Saturday afternoon, the branch was closed. There was no drop box or return option available. Sunday the branch was closed, and Monday was a bank holiday, so I physically could not return the vehicle until Tuesday morning, which I did at the first available opportunity. Poor communication, poor customer service, staff are uninterested and don't care about retaining customers. I've used enterprise 5+ times over the last 2 years. After this its safe to say you have lost a customer for life.
